Extreme environment verification of African research vessels

Supply low-temperature resistant diesel generator sets, dual gear pumps and seawater desalination systems to a polar research vessel of a scientific research institution, which needs to pass the -40℃ extreme cold test.

Solution: Customized -40℃ resistant diesel generator set (ArcticPower-300), using preheating start system and nano-aerogel insulation layer, equipped with high nickel alloy gear pump (DLC coating) and low-temperature reverse osmosis device, completed 720 hours of full system testing in the Norwegian Arctic Circle Laboratory, and passed 12 certifications such as vibration and electromagnetic compatibility, ensuring stable flow (±3%) and 40% increase in water production rate in extremely cold environment.
