Power upgrade for container ships on the Southeast Asian route

Provide diesel engine and generator upgrade services for 12 5000TEU container ships of a shipping company to solve the problems of high fuel consumption and frequent failures of old equipment.

Solution: By replacing the inefficient diesel engine with a new generation of low-speed two-stroke engine (X92-B) and equipping it with an intelligent fuel injection system, combined with dual redundant permanent magnet synchronous generator sets (2×1500kW) and plate-type titanium alloy heat exchangers, fuel consumption is reduced by 18% and heat exchange efficiency is increased by 25%. At the same time, the cable layout of the entire ship is reconstructed, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables and dual power supply channels are used to shorten the fault switching time to less than 50ms.
